Immediate digital supply
WorkshopPack is supplied digitally. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right for the digital content ends once supply begins, where applicable.
Problems with the download
If payment succeeds but the pack does not unlock or download correctly, contact us with the Stripe checkout email and approximate purchase time. We will investigate the transaction and delivery issue.

Nothing on this page removes rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.
